Description

Enjoy fresh corn cooked to perfection in the air fryer, a quick and healthier side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium ears of corn, shucked, cleaned, and trimmed
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)


Instructions

  1. Rub corn with avocado oil, and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  3. Place corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket, and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until done to your liking.
  4. Add butter and additional seasonings after cooking, if desired.

Notes

For more flavor, try adding garlic powder or paprika to your oil before rubbing it on the corn. Adjust the cooking time based on how tender you like your corn.
