Description

Juicy and flavorful air fryer pork chops with a crispy Parmesan crust, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 (1 inch thick) boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 oz. Parmesan, finely grated (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Coat both sides of the chops with olive oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper together.
  3. Coat both sides of the pork chops with the Parmesan mixture, pressing it on to make it stick.
  4. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air-fryer basket.
  5. Cook at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until an instant-read thermometer reads 145 degrees in the thickest part of the chop (about 15 minutes).
  6. Once done, transfer the pork chops to a plate or cutting board. Let them rest for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For crispier texture, dry the pork chops well before applying oil and seasoning. Adjust spices to your taste.
