Ingredients
- 1 box sugar-free blueberry muffin mix
- 1 bottle (11–14 oz) blueberry-flavored high-protein milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the muffin mix instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberry muffin mix and blueberry-flavored high-protein milk.
- Fold in the fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake as directed on the muffin mix box.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Can be enjoyed with yogurt or nuts for added texture. Store in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months.
