Quick, cheesy bites perfect for snacks, appetizers, or light meals.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream and guacamole for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the pan, add a portion of the chicken mixture, and top with another tortilla.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with sour cream and guacamole.
Notes
For best results, use warm cooked chicken to help the cheese melt faster. Don’t overfill the tortillas to prevent them from falling apart.
