Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Add 0.25 cup of granulated sugar and mix well. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the remaining 0.5 cup of granulated sugar, flour, rolled oats, and ground cinnamon. Then add cold, cubed butter and mix until coarse crumbs form.
  4. Press half of the crumble mixture into the baking dish. Spread the berry mixture evenly over it. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top.
