Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic with olive oil. Rub this mixture over each chicken breast.
  3. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each seasoned chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil spray.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve hot.
