Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the fresh berries, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Spread the berry mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the berries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
