Description

Berry Crisp is a delightful dessert that combines fresh berries with a crunchy topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the fresh berries, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Spread the berry mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is crumbly.
