Quick and delicious Buffalo Chicken Tortilla Wraps with a spicy kick, perfect for lunch or snacks.

  • 480g Cooked & Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 85ml Buffalo Sauce
  • 120g Low Fat Cream Cheese
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Ranch Seasoning
  • Finely Sliced Spring Onion/Scallions
  • 90g Low Fat Cheese
  • 12 Warm Mini Corn Tortillas
  • Light Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast and Buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Add cream cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning to the chicken mixture, stirring to combine.
  3. Lay out the mini corn tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and top with low fat cheese and sliced spring onions.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Lightly spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  7. Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your spicy snack!

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker option. Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce to suit your spice preference.
