A fun twist on the classic cheeseburger, this Cheeseburger Bowl combines all the delicious flavors into a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Pickles
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer cooked rice or quinoa as the base in a bowl.
  3. Top with cooked ground beef, then add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  4. Add pickles on top and drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
  5. Serve immediately or store leftovers for meal prep.
