  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Mix the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Layer the beef mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
