A crowd-pleaser dip combining melted cheese and flavorful sausage, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 lb Ground Pork Sausage
  • 12 to 15 oz Pimento Cheese
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • Optional Garnish: Sliced green onions or extra pimentos

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and cooked through, breaking it into small crumbles.
  2. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Reduce heat to low, and stir in softened cream cheese and pimento cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. If too thick, add a splash of milk or a tablespoon of heavy cream.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with green onions if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with sturdy crackers, toasted baguette slices, or celery sticks.
