A light yet indulgent dessert combining strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the fresh strawberries.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  3. Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Place the coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt-covered strawberries.
  7. Freeze the clusters for at least 120 minutes or until solid.
  8. Serve as a refreshing dessert and enjoy!
