- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream or vanilla gelato
- 2 oz espresso or strong brewed coffee
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Add 2 scoops of creamy vanilla ice cream or gelato to a serving bowl or glass. Optionally, sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
- Brew 2 oz of strong espresso or coffee.
- Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream and serve immediately.
Notes
Affogato is best made fresh. Use hot espresso for the best melting effect.
