  • 300g pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (like Parmesan or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Reduce the heat, then stir in the heavy cream and grated cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
