Deliciously crispy baked chicken wings, customizable with your favorite sauces for a perfect treat.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Wings (party style: flats and drums separated)
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (aluminum-free)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Buffalo Sauce (Hot sauce mixed with melted butter)
- Garlic Parmesan Sauce (Melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese)
- Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Dry the wings by patting them with paper towels and let sit uncovered in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss the dry wings in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the wings rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then toss in your favorite sauce or serve them dry.
Notes
Serve hot with your choice of sauce and a side of Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing.
