Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Deliciously crispy baked chicken wings, customizable with your favorite sauces for a perfect treat.

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings (party style: flats and drums separated)
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Buffalo Sauce (Hot sauce mixed with melted butter)
  • Garlic Parmesan Sauce (Melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese)
  • Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  1. Dry the wings by patting them with paper towels and let sit uncovered in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss the dry wings in the mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let the wings rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then toss in your favorite sauce or serve them dry.

Notes

Serve hot with your choice of sauce and a side of Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing.
