A delicious and easy meal that combines tender chicken with creamy ranch flavors and healthy vegetables, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Mix the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth in a separate bowl. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables around the chicken.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 240-360 minutes (4-6 hours) until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Shred the chicken in the pot and stir to combine with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Great to serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta. Leftovers can be used in wraps or over salads.
