- Optional: 1/4 cup toasted almonds or pecans, chopped

Instructions
- Prep the mix-ins: dice celery, onion, and any fruit you’re using. Toast nuts if desired.
- Combine the dressing: whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken: gently fold in shredded or cubed chicken using a spatula.
- Stir in the crunchy and sweet bits: fold in the diced celery, onion, grapes or apples, and herbs.
- Taste and adjust seasoning: add more salt or lemon juice if needed. If the mixture feels heavy, add a splash of water or extra lemon juice.
- Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
For lighter variations, consider mixing half mayo with Greek yogurt. Store celery and nuts separately if you prefer them extra crunchy.
