Quick and healthy wraps that are easy to prepare and customizable with your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Large tortillas or wraps
  • Cooked protein (chicken, turkey, or tofu)
  • Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers)
  • Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Sauce or dressing (ranch, hummus, mayonnaise, or your preference)

Instructions

  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Layer your choice of protein in the center of the tortilla.
  3. Top with fresh vegetables and cheese.
  4. Drizzle your choice of sauce or dressing over the ingredients.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
