Delicious and refreshing fruit rice paper rolls, perfect for summer snacks or appetizers.

Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Cherries, pitted and halved
  • Oranges, segmented
  • Pineapple, diced
  • Kiwi, sliced
  • Mango, sliced
  • Coconut, shredded (optional)
  • Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the fruits and setting them aside.
  2. Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip one rice paper wrapper in the water for about 10-15 seconds until it softens.
  3. Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface.
  4. Place a small amount of each fruit in the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll it up tightly.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor. Work quickly with the rice paper wrappers to prevent stickiness.
