  • 2 medium zucchinis, chopped
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped zucchini and chickpeas.
  5. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
