Delightful Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs that blend sweet and savory flavors, perfect for summer grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Place skewers in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
  7. Serve warm.
