  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine the natural peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the eggs for about 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each egg in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Place the coated eggs back on the parchment-lined sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

Notes
