A delicious and healthy chocolate banana bread packed with protein, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup oat flour (gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (naturally sweetened)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour, baking soda, and salt to the mashed bananas, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk until the batter is smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing and enjoy your guilt-free chocolate banana bread!

Notes

Ensure your bananas are very ripe for the best flavor and sweetness. You can substitute the oat flour with whole wheat flour if you prefer. For added texture and flavor, feel free to add nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips.
