A delicious and easy-to-make garlic Parmesan corn on the cob that’s perfect for summer barbecues and family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Carefully remove the husks and silk from the corn. Rinse the ears under cool water to ensure they’re clean and fresh.
  2. Boil a large pot of water. Add the shucked corn and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the kernels are tender and vibrant.
  3. Carefully remove the corn from the pot and let it drain in a colander. Allow it to cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well blended and fragrant.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture all over the warm corn, ensuring each ear is generously coated.
  6. Evenly distribute the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated corn, letting it slightly melt into the warm garlic butter.
  7. Finish by sprinkling the chopped parsley over the top for a pop of color and freshness.

Notes

Serve warm. Pairs well with grilled meats or fresh salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
