A delightful Italian dessert combining creamy vanilla ice cream with rich espresso.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, high quality
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 tbsp nut or coffee liqueur, optional
  • Dark chocolate, for grating on top

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso.
  2. Scoop 1 to 2 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream into serving glasses or bowls.
  3. Pour the freshly brewed espresso over the ice cream.
  4. Drizzle with nut or coffee liqueur if desired.
  5. Grate dark chocolate over the top and serve immediately.
