Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- Heaping 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Extra-virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
- Za’atar
- Crushed pistachios
- Lemon zest
- Red pepper flakes
- Fresh mint leaves
- Crisp veggies, pita, or crackers (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt and salt until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto a layer of cheesecloth, gathering the edges together and tie around a wooden spoon over a medium bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Carefully unwrap the labneh, transfer into a bowl, and drizzle with olive oil and your chosen toppings.
