Lebanese Spicy Potatoes are flavorful, crispy, and easy to prepare, bringing a delightful kick to your table.

  • 2 lbs potatoes (1 kg), preferably Yukon gold, cut into 1-inch cubes or baby potatoes
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pat the 2 lbs of potatoes dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel until they are completely dry.
  2. Mix onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder, and paprika in a medium bowl. Stir in the olive oil to make a paste.
  3. Add the potatoes to the spice mix and coat them evenly.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the spiced potatoes in the air fryer and cook for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, or.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
