A refreshing and healthy sorbet made with fresh mango and strawberries, perfect for hot days or as a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mango, diced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, hulled strawberries, lime juice, and water. If using, add honey for sweetness.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 240 minutes or until firm.
  4. Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  5. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Use ripe and sweet mangoes and strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust the amount of honey for desired sweetness.
