A simple, sweet, and savory pork chop dinner ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ¼ cup real maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
  2. Place the pork chops in the hot skillet and sear for about 4–5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. While the chops cook, mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chops and cook for 3–5 more minutes, spooning the sauce over the chops until well coated and glaze thickens.
  5. Let the chops rest for a minute, then serve garnished with fresh thyme if desired.

Notes

Pat chops dry before searing for a better crust. Do not overcrowd the pan; give each chop space to brown. Use real maple syrup for the best flavor.
