A creamy and flavorful dish made with tender chicken breasts and a luxurious garlic parmesan sauce that’s perfect for any occasion.

  • 3 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil and melt butter together in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Brown the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side, then set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Deglaze the pan with chicken stock, then stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
  6. Add chili flakes, thyme, and oregano; let simmer.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and stir in sundried tomatoes; simmer until sauce thickens.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, simmer longer to reduce the cream. Adjust seasonings based on personal taste.
