Description

A fun and delightful treat combining the refreshing taste of mint and rich chocolate, perfect for special occasions or as a tasty snack.


Ingredients

  • 24 Andes Mints
  • 10 Mint Oreo Cookies
  • 20 ounces milk chocolate


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Chop the Mint Oreo cookies into small pieces.
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the chopped Mint Oreo cookies and Andes Mints, reserving a few for topping.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved Mint Oreo pieces and Andes Mints on top.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 60 minutes.
  8. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Can be refrigerated if necessary.
