A delicious and nutritious Protein Banana Pudding that provides a protein boost, making it a perfect treat for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt (150g)
  • â…“ cup Whey Vanilla Protein Powder (30g)
  • 4 tsp Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding Mix (11g, Sugar free)
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (10ml)
  • 3-4 crushed Vanilla Wafers (14g, Sugar Free recommended)
  • ½ medium Banana (sliced, 60g)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding mix, and almond milk until smooth. Add almond milk a little at a time until the pudding consistency is reached.
  2. Assemble in a jar with layers: start with pudding on the bottom, then add crushed vanilla wafers, followed by banana slices. Repeat the layers, creating two layers of each.

Notes

Serve in clear cups or jars for visual appeal. Can be chilled for a refreshing treat later. Add extra banana slices or cinnamon for a special touch.
