Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 375°F for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Lightly oil the air fryer basket or use a liner.
  3. For breakfast potatoes, toss diced potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then air fry at 390°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking twice.
  4. For bacon, air fry at 360°F for 7-10 minutes.
  5. For fried eggs, spray a ramekin, crack the egg inside, season, and air fry at 320°F for 5-7 minutes.
  6. For egg cups, whisk together eggs, milk, and chopped vegetables, pour into silicone cups, and air fry at 330°F for 9-12 minutes.
  7. For breakfast taquitos, roll scrambled eggs and cheese in lightly oiled tortillas, seam side down, and air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes.
  8. For cheese toast, top bread with cheese and air fry at 370°F for 3-5 minutes. Optional: crack an egg on top and air fry at 330°F until the white sets.
