Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs Frozen Meatballs (Beef, Turkey, or Homestyle)
  • 3/4 cup Franks RedHot Original Sauce (or your favorite buffalo sauce)
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Apricot Preserves

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, apricot preserves, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. In a slow cooker, place the frozen meatballs and pour the glaze over them. Stir gently to coat all the meatballs.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 240 minutes or HIGH for 120-180 minutes.
  4. If you prefer a thicker sauce, uncover the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  5. Stir the meatballs again before serving and garnish with sliced green onions or fresh cilantro.

Notes

For spicier meatballs, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
