Easy and tasty Sour Watermelon Gummy Sweets made with fresh watermelon for a healthier treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/8 of a medium watermelon
  • 1 packet of gelatine
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and blend until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatine in a small amount of warm water according to packet instructions.
  3. Mix the blended watermelon with the dissolved gelatine.
  4. Squeeze in the lemon juice and add honey, stirring until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
  6. Once set, remove from molds and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover gummy sweets in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Use fresh watermelon for best flavor.
