- 1 box Rotini Pasta (cooked & cooled)
- 1 cup Italian Dressing (Olive Garden brand is elite!)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled rotini pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing and mayonnaise until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy at BBQs and gatherings!
Notes
Serve cold or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
